Registration Stage 2: Enrollment Forms for Summer 2008 Trips

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. Your application will be considered complete when the Oranim office receives all of the documents listed below.
  2. Until you have received an e-mail or phone call letting you know your departure date, you have not been assigned a seat.
  3. These forms are the SECOND STAGE in the registration process. The FIRST STAGE is to complete the official Taglit-Birthright Israel registration form, which you must do if you want to travel.

A $250US refundable deposit fee is required of all participants. The deposit is refunded after successful completion of the program. Payments are made online in Payoneer's fully secure system. Here's how it works:

Your deposit will be loaded onto a Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard that will be shipped to you within 14 business days. The $250 deposit will "freeze" in your account and will be released to your account within 60-days following the conclusion of your trip at which time you can then withdraw the money at an ATM or spend the money wherever MasterCard is accepted. While in Israel, Oranim will load money onto your card to cover some of your meal allowances. You can also choose to add money to it for your own personal use. You must, of course, remember to bring your card with you to Israel.

To get your personalized Prepaid MasterCard, you need to pay the deposit by credit card or direct deposit. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $9 NON-REFUNDABLE FEE for paying by credit card or a $5 fee for the direct deposit option (i.e. you will be charged $259/$255 and will be refunded $250 upon successful completion of your trip). Payment by direct deposit is only available for bank accounts based in USA. Pay Your Trip DEPOSIT now.

**If you do not want to pay online, you can pay $250 USD by check, payable to "Oranim" and sent to Oranim's USA office (click to see address). Note: Trips are assigned based on when your deposit arrives and, in the past, most participants paid online upon registration.

Refunds for Trip Cancelations: If you paid your deposit but would like to cancel your participation on a trip, you must adhere to the following guidelines to receive a refund. Cancellations must be made in writing and before the cancellation date. The exact deadlines for notification of cancellation are:

  • May Departures - March 17, 9:00 am EST
  • June Departures - April 14, 9:00 am EST
  • July Departures - May 12, 9:00 am EST
  • August Departures - June 16, 9:00 am EST

4 Medical/Travel Insurance Form -
All participants must be covered by medical insurance for the duration of the program. Double-check with your insurance carrier to be sure it will cover you internationally. If it does not, you may purchase medical insurance coverage through Oranim.

5 Trip Date Selection Form -
Use this form to let us know when you would like to depart for your trip. Note: we will ticket you based on your choice so please make your selection carefully.
